Thanks for responding. Refilling process was as follows: Steamed cartridge heads Left overnight on tissues to absorb old ink Manually injected ink through vent holes, injecting ink slowly with needle about a few centimeters from bottom of cartride, in an upright position. Primed cartridge using a clip and syringe left overnight after clipping tested ok. Clipped again for delivery Have not received failed carts back yet for testing but believe that not all three colours working.
