Buy a cheap test printer, and just before they buy, put it in your own printer, do a cleaning, and then seal it just before you sell it. Or..I have gotten phone calls about this problem. I just tell the customer to take a wet, folded paper towel, hold it on the printhead for a few seconds, then place it in the printer. This always works! Good luck!! |
