> Jose, Take a small bellows bottle or syringe and install a tapered plastic tip. Tape over the white plastic opening to the airbags/lungs on top of the cartridge. Puncture through the tape a apply a small volume of air, just enough to fill the airbags. Carefully observe that they stay filled. If they do, you most likely do not have a leak in the airbags. Not printing well can be due to cracks in the case, damaged check valve under the maze hole cove, or over filling the cartridge. Alchemist I recently refilled an HP29 after it passed all test > (circuit, head), but it didn't print well. After several > additional test I realized that internal lungs were not > working properly. Does anyone knows how to check the lungs > before to proceed the refilling process?? |
