I have HP20/29 cartridges, I fill them and test them. Now when I seal them by dropping couple of drops of cleaning solution on the head and wipe it. Right after this I just seal these cartridges. If these cartridges are lying with me for more then a month or so. Customer comes back saying cartridge is not printing. I just take this cartridge prime a bit and its back to normal. I thought its the cleaning solvent but then I tried the same thing with Di water. Please note: I use cleaning solution from different company and ink from different company. As we all know its just does not drain the whole cleaning solution out of the cartrdiges. I have a feeling, this could be one of the reason. Any help will be appreciated. Regards, Ernie |
