Registration Trial

In an effort to stop the advertising I thought I might
trial a simple registration process. The idea being that
people who abuse the board can be stopped from posting.

The registration is simple, whereby a name and a password
are the only things required from a person who wants to
post a message, and once that name is activated, each time
you post a message you must use your password to post the
message. We dot not have a copy of the password, so if you
forget the password, you will have to re-register.

We are not in the business of collecting email addresses,
so the registration process does not require your email
address if you want this to remain private.

I am open to suggestions or opinions as to whether this
registration is acceptable. You can either post a message
here (after registering) or email me directly at
peter@spitfiretoner.com.
