Michael, Thanks for the reply! I just picked up this printer (canon i560) and I'm simply amazed at how fast and quite it is... and with such great quality. A few questions if you don't mind: 1) What kind of printing do you do and how many pages do your carts cover? Canon said 300 - 750 at 5%, but I'm not sure I believe them. Any ideas how many 8.5 x 11 photos one could print with each refill? 2) Since these have the heads built into the printer, how do you know when it is time to get a new cartride / tank? Does the sponge come apart, stop holding ink, leaks??? 3) With the dye based inks, how careful do I have to be with the quality of ink I put in these carts? Thanks in advance, and Happy Refilling! It seems that this will be an easy cartride to refill > The Canon i560 is an great choice - this is the same printer we use for our in store printing (I have a refill\remanufacturingbusiness). They are easy to fill and can be refilled many times. Our current set of Canon carts have been filled at least a dozen times with no end in sight. |
