    Hi Yianni, Thanks for your post, and the additional
information by email. Just today I received a shipment of
new 56 and 57 HP carts. The black (56) weigh in at 52g, and
the color (57) weighs in at 56g. On refilling the carts we
average a weight of about 48g for the black,

and about 50g for the color. This figure drops with each successive
refill. I have not been disassembling the carts as you do, so I
have not achieved weights as low as you have (26.5g). Adding 19g to the

26.5g - or in our case about 28g we have 45.5g, and 47g
respectively. Of course, ml and g do not match up exactly,
but I am using it here as

an example. My point is that we just barely are making the 19 ml on

a first refill and it seems to be dropping rather rapidly.
While attempting to refill a second and third time, we have
had a lot of trouble with leakage indicating an overfill.
The purpose of my first post was to see if anyone would
contact me with a source of new sponge material, however,
being rather slow, I made a mess of the entry.
