	That resetter only works with a resettable chip. The OEM HP #10 vchips are single use only. You may find a dongle that will override the chip, but that is a completey different matter. When you buy a resetter & resettable chips, you are raising your costs enough to warrant not doing the cartridge. There are generics out there that work. John
