Require quality supplier for empty Epson widebed compatible cartridges

	Anyone out there had a good experience with a supplier of empty Epson compatible cartridges, for the 9700 plotter/printer? Require a supplier/molder who builds quality plastics, good multilayer bags/seals, and has foolproof electronics. Ability to supply several thousand a month a must. Alchemist
