HP 7550 PHoto Printer Cartridges fail after two fillings

	I have started to use the HP 7550 refill kit for all three cartridges. It went really smoothly. However, after 2 refills, the printer would say: "Photo Cartridge failed. Replace it or remove it and print in reserve mode." Has anybody come accross this problem and how did you solve it, short of going out and buying a new cartridge?
