Hi Yianni, Last time I visited the Lexmark plant, in Mexico, they were testing the circuits on the filled cartridges. There were no visable markings on most of the contacts. A plant in USA that filled new HP cartridges was print testing some of them before cleaning and taping. Some of the contacts had a very minor marking. This may not be happening in Portugal where mosy of the European cartridges used to be made. alchemist > Hi to all, > > I came accros a bunch of cheap cartridges and I'm thinking > about counterfeiting. I know that HP > contacts are clean before using them. I don't know about > Lexmarks. |
