If you have access to a vacuum filling machine that will solve your problems I would think (with the HP's anyway - Lexmark make some hoirrible ink) You'll honestly be able to rejuvenate 78s and 23s that have been sitting for over 12 months - pretty much instantly. Unless there's an actual physical problem with the cartridge (such as a loose nozzle plate), then it should almost instantly rejuvenate itself when filled inside a very deep vacuum. There are a bunch of machines out there. Someone near you may be using one.
