Spitfire Toner Rechargers was the winner in the Speciality Retailer/Services Category in the Maroondah Business Achiever Awards You can download an updated Spitfire Toner Rechargers brochure here Please sign the petition to the Australian Federal Government to enact laws to "prohibit the use of devices, contractual or otherwise or software that disable or prohibit the remanufacture of our empty printer cartridge" (The Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) Lexmark, HP, Canon, Epson and others are fitting chips and other monitoring devices to the cartridges, the effect of which is to disable the cartridge when it is empty thereby stopping the cartridges from being remanufactured. In this way the owner of the printer is forced to buy new cartridges rather than a cheaper remanufactured cartridge). Please sign the petition to lobby against the use of such devices. Sadly we are unable to source the Epson printers that we were using for our continuous ink system. However as an alternative, we recommend purchasing the HP Business Inkjet 1000 printer from our site. The HP 1000 uses massive ink tanks; the Black Cartridge is 69mls, the same cartridge that is used by it's bigger wide format brothers! There is an unwritten law in the printer game, 'the less you spend on a printer the dearer it is to run, the HP Business Inkjet 1000 is the exception!
