nice to get a new syringe for each colour. Like the grub screw for sealing the
tanks, but one small problem. Screws fit original Canon tanks but Calidad tanks
have a smaller plug, needed a little bit of surgery with a small tapered reamer
to get them in. Printer is now giving better results than ever. One very

Just a short note to say thank you for the first order. Was very
impressed with the service. Actually, when I found I was going to need ink more
hurriedly than I first thought, I contacted one of your competitors here in
Queensland, thinking that I'd get a next day delivery. They, like you, had
already told me what I needed, so I rang their 1800 number, and was told they
were too busy to take calls and would ring me back. Several hours later, with
postal deadlines looming I attacked their web site, only to find it was
impossible to place an order - they insisted on typing in the name of the
printer since it wasn't on the predetermined list, and the best I could get was
that they'd e-mail back to me - we'd already progressed that far. So I grabbed
the phone again, and rang, this time got through to sales and was put on hold.
After listening to the music for ten minutes, I gave up. My compliments on your
web site order system. It is so easy, and product arrived promptly as well. Will
