Warranties aren't void if you use third party inks - you can't monopolise a consumable e.g. Ford can't force you to only buy BP unleaded fuel. Nonetheless if it can be proved that the ink caused the damage then your recourse is through the supplier of ink. Let it be known that Epson printers with genuine inks block regularly from lack of use!

For this we have head cleaning kits available at $29 inc GST.    

If you have a warranty claim... simply install a set of cartridges and take to your nearest service centre, (this simply helps avoid turnaround delays on repairs).
